What are the Shapes and Sizes of bedbugs?
Bed Bugs are Oval or elliptical shaped and brownish in color. It’s very small as an apple seed in size. They are living on the blood of Humans and Animals. After the feed, they look reddish. Adult bed bugs have plane bodies but enlarge after feeding.
Their life cycle is different than other insects. After the egg, they have 5 stages before reach in maturity. To change each stage they need a meal of blood. These five stages are known as Nymph.
What are the sizes of bedbugs?
Unlike other insects, they have 7 stages in their life cycle. In each stage their sizes are different. Here is a chart of sizes below:

There are five stages of Nymph are given below:
2. Nymph: The first stage – takes in a blood meal, then molts.
3. Nymph: Second stage – 2.0 mm long, takes in a blood meal, then molts.
4. Nymph: Third stage – 2.5 mm long, takes in a blood meal, then molts.
5. Nymph: Fourth stage – 3.0 mm long, takes in a blood meal, then molts.
6. Nymph: Fifth stage – 4.5 mm long, takes in a blood meal, then molts.
The last and final stage is adulthood.
7. Adult: 5.5 mm long, takes repeated blood meals over several weeks. Females can lay from 1 to 5 eggs a day up to 500 eggs in a lifetime. They lay eggs singly or in clusters and are placed in tight cracks and crevices.
